Since We Started In 1991
Formed in June 1991, Marshall Catering Services have been supporting caterers for over thirty years. We continue to provide caterers from all areas of the industry a prompt and professional response to their maintenance and servicing needs.
Based in Knaresborough, just off the A1, our directors Richard and Stephen have a hardworking and reliable team of engineers who cover the north of England, helping our clients with their comprehensive knowledge and expertise.
Naturally, these engineers are fully supported by our dependable office staff – our Administration and Accounts team, who co-ordinate everything.
Our expert departments offer support and advice for any issues which may arise regarding catering and refrigeration equipment within a commercial kitchen and our friendly and approachable attitude, more than anything else, has proved to be incredibly valuable to our clients over the years.
“Just call Marshall’s” is a phrase that we’re used to hearing on many occasions when a difficult or complex catering problem has emerged.
In particular, one of the areas we have gained extensive knowledge is the provision of maintenance and service agreements. This can be a simple agreement for a single commercial kitchen which covers service and certification of equipment, to a fully inclusive agreement covering multiple kitchens for clients such as universities, colleges, academy groups, hotel groups, football stadiums and health care providers, amongst many others.
Not only that but through our comprehensive sub-contractors we are able to offer extraction and ductwork cleaning which provides our clients with the statutory and legally required certification.
